Privacy policy
This policy describes which personal data is processed on techsourcing.ch. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, it applies in addition.

In short

Server log files
When you visit the website, the hosting provider stores technically necessary information in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. The purpose is the secure and stable operation of the website. The retention period follows the hosting provider’s settings.
Contact form and email
If you use the form or write to me, I process your details (name, company, email, country, information on product, quantity, order value and target market, your message) to answer your request and prepare a quote. The form sends the details to me by email. To prevent abuse, the form script stores a non-reversible hash of your IP address for at most one hour. I delete requests once they are no longer needed for handling and statutory retention duties.
Browser storage
The website remembers in your browser’s session storage that the intro animation has already been shown. This value never leaves your device and is deleted when you close the tab.
Hosting and email
Website and email are hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., based in the EU). Server location: Frankfurt, Germany. Under Swiss law the EU is considered to provide adequate data protection. There are no other recipients.
Your rights
You can request information about your data as well as correction, deletion or a copy. You can object to processing. Write to info@techsourcing.ch. You can lodge complaints with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); persons in the EU also with their competent supervisory authority.
Security
The connection to the website is encrypted via HTTPS.
